They each grow side by side on the same mountainsides of Honduras’ Marcala region, each with a distinct character that shines through when you taste it on its own as opposed to in a blend. 

Bag #1 - GEISHA ($26.50)

Tasting Notes: Citrus, Peach, Jasmine, Sugar Cane

Roast: Light Roast | Process: Washed | NET WT 227 g

• Pour Over: Course to medium grind for pour over. Water temp 195-205 degrees F. Use abaca, high-flow filters. 
  
• Note: Due to the lightness of the roast and the floral nature of the varietal, we recommend using this mainly for pour overs. That is the preferred method for this vary valuable varietal.

Bag #2 - YELLOW CATUAI ($24.50)

Tasting Notes: Chocolate, Toasted Nuts, Caramel, Honey

Roast: Medium-Dark | Process: Honey | NET WT 16 oz 

• Espresso: Fine to medium grind. Ideal for cortados (2 oz coffee, 2 oz milk) or cappuccinos. 27-30 second extraction time.
• Pour over: Course to medium grind. Water temp 195-205 degrees F. Use abaca, high-flow filters.

Tasting Notes: Chocolate Malt, Raisins, Stone Fruit

Altitude: | 1,700m | Roast: Medium-Dark | Process: Honey | NET WT 16 oz

• Espresso: Fine to medium grind for espresso. 27-30 second extraction time.
• Pour Over: Course to medium grind for pour over. Water temp 195-205 degrees F. Use abaca, high-flow filters.
