Yellow Catuai and Parainema grow side by side on the mountainsides of Honduras’ Marcala region. Though distinctly different, these two varietals come together in a complex yet beautifully balanced blend. Enjoy an initial burst of chocolaty, nutty notes, and a smooth, earthy finish.

• Espresso: Medium to fine grind for espresso. Ideal for cortados (2 oz coffee, 2 oz milk) or cappuccinos. 27-30 second extraction time.
